Regular Site Visit at 14th Gobachop Market in Omega
Paynesville City, Liberia - The Ministry of Public Works in collaboration with the Special Presidential Committee is nearing the completion of four additional market buildings at the 14th Gobachop Market in Omega, as well as the creation of access routes in the area.
This is a major boost to the Red Light Market Relocation Plan as was mandated by H. E. President George Weah.
Meanwhile, the Ministry, led by its Acting Minister Ruth Coker-Collins who was flanked by Assistant Minister for Construction Dave Sleweon, over the weekend inspected the ongoing ELWA - COCOA COLA FACTORY Corridor Road.
According to the Public Works Official, pavement works have advanced, adding that the Government through the Ministry of Public Works views road connectivity as a flagship pillar of the PAPD; hence, all hands are on desk this dry season to expedite major road projects across the country.
