Public Works Carries out Preparation for Tomorrow's Removal of the First Batch of Yellow Machines from the National Port Authority

Earlier on today, Wednesday, February 25, 2026, the Ministry of Public Works carried out preparation for the removal of the First Batch of Equipment at the National Port Authority (NPA).
 
The Team comprised Deputy Minister for Rural Development and Community Services Jocelia Taplah (Acting Minister), Deputy Minister for Technical Services Prince Tambah, Deputy Minister for Administration Samuka Dunnoh, and a host of other officials at the National Port Authority and the Special Presidential Committee on the Coordination of the Yellow Machines.
 
A total of 137 Earth-moving, yellow equipment arrived this week onboard the vessel, HJ Singapore at the Freeport of Monrovia.
 
The Visit comes on the heels of final transfer of the yellow machines to Camp Ware in Careysburg where they will be stored, awaiting the remaining 148 units.
